Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health issues and align with clients' goals.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other appropriate frameworks.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate effectively with care teams to ensure holistic treatment approaches and improve overall client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources available for additional support.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training opportunities related to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a wide range of clients who may experience challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, trauma, substance use, and more. Many of the individuals you will support may come from underserved backgrounds, making your contributions critical in providing equitable access to mental health care. Your expertise will help clients not only address their immediate concerns but work towards long-term recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling or therapy is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
