Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' conditions and create individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families, employing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups, providing a nurturing environment for clients to connect over shared experiences and learn from one another.
\n
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety.
\n
• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, potential treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment in accordance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to remain current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population, catering to individuals across various demographics and backgrounds. Our therapists are trained to understand the complex nature of mental health issues and how they manifest in different life contexts, allowing for tailored and effective therapeutic interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated capability in performing mental health assessments and developing actionable treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapeutic services to diverse populations.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to maintaining professional boundaries.

• Ability to efficiently use electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in telehealth settings is a plus, as is familiarity with providing remote therapy.

• Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions, as well as educational workshops related to mental health issues.

• Training in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or EMDR is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
