Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPC at Highland Rivers, your contributions will be instrumental in the therapeutic journey of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection, understanding, and shared healing among clients.

• Individual Counseling: Provide empathetic and personalized one-on-one therapy sessions that help clients delve into their emotions and develop tailored coping mechanisms.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with each client to create goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess client progress using a variety of evaluation tools, ensuring that treatment goals are being met and adjusted as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults ages 18 to 30, who are navigating various mental health issues in a supportive environment. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• Valid LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.
