Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and cultivate trusting relationships with patients to promote effective communication and therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address specific patient challenges.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Play Therapy.

• Regularly evaluate patient progress during scheduled sessions, modifying treatment plans as required to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Coordinate care by referring clients to appropriate specialists, when necessary, to provide a holistic approach to healing.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapist will work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
