Key Responsibilities\n

As a youth-focused LPC at Holicare, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular sessions with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and plan for future appointments or discharges when appropriate.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client to support their treatment journey and ensure compliance with health regulations.

• Administering comprehensive intake assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges and needs.

• Engaging in weekly individual sessions and receiving ongoing supervision to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to create a well-rounded support system for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically focuses on providing mental health services to youth, an essential demographic that requires tailored approaches to treatment. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A proven ability to meet credentialing requirements for internal standards and relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Profound experience in assessment, diagnosis, individual, and group therapy methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
