Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to ascertain the mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals of clients. This includes administering standardized assessment tools and engaging clients in dialogue to capture their unique experiences.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions tailored to address various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Lead couples and family counseling sessions designed to enhance relationship dynamics, improve communication skills, and resolve family conflicts.
\n
• Create comprehensive treatment plans that are personalized for each client, outlining measurable objectives and therapeutic interventions to track progress effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, helping clients navigate immediate mental health challenges with empathy and expertise.

• Educate clients and their families on a range of mental health topics, enabling them to understand conditions, adopt coping strategies, and identify available community resources.

• Maintain organized and confidential records of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome evaluations.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and legal mandates governing counseling practices, upholding client confidentiality and the principles of informed consent.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
