Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to inform personalized treatment plans for clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Implement established therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are tailored to each client's circumstances and needs.

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions. This diverse client population enables you to tailor your therapeutic approaches and utilize various evidence-based interventions to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Proficiency in applying solution-based psychotherapy techniques to customize treatment for individual clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients and teamwork with colleagues.
