Work Environment

Our outpatient office boasts state-of-the-art facilities and equipment that ensure our Physical Therapists have the best tools at their disposal to deliver high-quality care. You'll work on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic with no required weekends or evening shifts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions through initial assessments and observations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals and track progress effectively.
• Implement manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modern equipment to enhance patient mobility and function.
• Conduct regular follow-up visits to adjust care plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Engage with patients to educate them about their conditions and empower them in their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic predominantly serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist, you will take a hands-on approach to customize rehabilitation plans that account for each patient's unique lifestyle and goals, thereby enhancing their recovery experience. Qualifications

• Active Virginia Physical Therapy license.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or higher (Master's or Doctorate preferred).

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits
