Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role is to support stable, low-acuity adults in managing their mental health. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, often seeking guidance for mild to moderate issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. As a counselor, your role is pivotal in promoting their mental wellness and empowering them to develop sustainable coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current independent licensure in one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Must have a clean disciplinary record with no prior actions against your license.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with proficient computer literacy, are essential to effectively engage with clients and utilize digital tools.

• A stable internet connection is required to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates with prior experience in providing telehealth services, as well as those familiar with the unique dynamics of remote counseling. Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually based on experience and hours worked. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus to welcome new team members. Our benefits package includes:
