This role is 100% remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a work environment that suits your personal needs while maintaining a professional atmosphere conducive to patient confidentiality. You will leverage telehealth technology to engage with clients effectively and to ensure that geographical barriers do not interfere with receiving quality mental health care. The environment at Hope Recovers is highly supportive, as our Operations team is dedicated to managing administrative complexities, which allows you to focus on delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance use histories, tailoring follow-up sessions based on these assessments.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic approaches to promote positive psychological outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to integrate care plans, ensuring a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.
\n
• Educate and engage clients' families, providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to be active participants in the recovery process.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track progress and adapt treatment interventions as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be vital in ensuring that these clients receive compassionate care tailored to their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A strong background in providing telehealth therapy services specifically to adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Proficiency in navigating technology, including Google Suite and electronic health records (EHRs) to maintain patient documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• 2-3 years of experience delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on establishing rapport with clients and their families.

• A warm, empathic presence, contributing positively to the therapeutic relationship.

• Comfort in working from home, supplemented by a reliable internet connection and a private space for teletherapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, adjusted based on experience.
