Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one telehealth counseling sessions focused on understanding clients' emotional challenges and providing tailored therapeutic support.

• Address sub-clinical scenarios, such as work stress, procrastination, and achieving work-life balance, to guide clients towards setting and achieving personal and career goals.

• Collaborate with our internal clinical team by providing feedback and recommendations on program enhancements, ensuring our services adapt to evolving client needs.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress within electronic medical record systems, thereby contributing to the continuity of care.

Your practice will primarily involve working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active professional license/certification in your state or jurisdiction as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in counseling individuals facing various emotional challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
