Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments for patients to identify their unique needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver individual and group counseling sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community connections and reduce stigma around mental health.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services and support in response to mental health emergencies, ensuring patient safety and stability.
\n
• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources available to them.
\n
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

• Stay informed about the latest research, practices, and developments in mental health therapy.

• Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center serves a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and adults seeking support for various mental health issues. We work with individuals experiencing mild to severe mental health challenges, including mood disorders, trauma, and substance use. Our therapists are committed to providing culturally competent care that respects the individual backgrounds and experiences of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid licensed clinical credential, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in California.

• Demonstrated strong knowledge of mental health disorders and various evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills necessary for building rapport with diverse patient populations.

• Sound judgment and adherence to professional ethics and standards within the therapeutic process.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit with a commitment to working as part of a multidisciplinary health care team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
