Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and psychosocial evaluations to formulate comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices to address various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to each client's care, participating in case consultations and treatment planning sessions.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client records, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients in urgent situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Develop educational materials and workshops aimed at promoting mental health awareness within the community.

• Utilize therapeutic tools and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, to support positive change in clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
