Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from your own home while maintaining a strong connection with a dedicated team of mental health professionals. You will utilize telehealth platforms to conduct virtual sessions, enabling you to reach clients across various locations. Monday through Friday, you can expect a structured schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients using evidence-based practices to inform and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other methodologies tailored to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to HIPAA and other relevant regulatory standards to ensure client privacy.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance care quality.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, fostering an informed and participative therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients facing a range of mental health challenges. Many of our clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression, seeking guidance and support on their journey to recovery. Your role will be crucial in building trusting relationships, understanding their unique backgrounds, and applying tailored therapeutic interventions to meet their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
