Work Environment\n

The role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while engaging with clients primarily through virtual sessions. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that supports each other through case conferences and regular communication. Working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, allowing you to provide timely support during school hours.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized support packages for students dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Conduct thorough interviews with students and their families to assess their current mental health conditions, strengths, and areas needing support.

• Develop tailored, measurable goals within each treatment plan and guide students toward achieving them.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular sessions, adapting treatment plans based on the evolving needs of the student.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, guiding students toward stabilization and recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Participate in case conferences with school staff and other service providers to develop a comprehensive approach to student care.

• Serve as a key worker and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integrated support for each student.

• Refer clients to external agencies and community resources to enhance support and recovery processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client population that includes children and adolescents facing a range of challenges while also involving their families in the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
