Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, groups, and families.

• Participating in regular clinical supervision and professional development workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with our organization, you will work primarily with clients who have limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal relationship challenges, helping clients regain control over their lives and improve their emotional health.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.
