Mary's Woods in Lake Oswego, OR, seeks a Sous Chef to support the Chef de Cuisine in preparing scratch-made, farm-to-table dishes for residents, guests and staff, following dietary specs, portioning and safety standards. You will lead by example, manage daily production, supervise staff, uphold sanitation, and collaborate with local vendors to source organic Pacific Northwest ingredients.
