Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support and case management to clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disorders, both virtually and within community contexts.

• Design and implement integrated care plans tailored to individual needs, facilitating access to additional services as required.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments, and develop appropriate interventions based on client needs.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and enhance the overall service delivery model.

• Participate in crisis intervention strategies, stepping in to support clients in acute distress and navigating them to necessary resources.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client sessions and treatment progress, ensuring compliance with practice standards and ethics.

• Monitor the client experience through admissions, continued care, and discharge processes, verifying that services align with client goals.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees and providing feedback on service enhancements.

• Be available for on-call coverage during and after program hours, as necessary, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
