We serve a diverse, professionally active patient population seeking coordinated, evidence-based care for both physical and emotional health. Position Summary OneStop Medical Center is hiring a Licensed Behavioral Therapist to join our Integrated Behavioral Health Team. This role provides evidence-based psychotherapy and behavioral interventions to patients receiving primary care, working closely with physicians and nurse practitioners to address stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and health-related behavior challenges. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans Deliver brief, goal-oriented therapy sessions (30–45 minutes) integrated with medical care Manage crises using crisis intervention techniques to ensure patient safety Collaborate with primary care providers and nurse practitioners to coordinate patient care Support patients with: Stress, burnout, and anxiety Depression and mood disorders Trauma and adjustment issues Chronic illness coping Provide referrals to specialty or higher-level care when needed Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in team meetings and care coordination Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Active California license as one of the following: LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LPCC – Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred Experience in integrated care, medical settings, or private practice preferred Strong training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, or solution-focused therapy Experience treating stress, anxiety, depression, and chronic medical condition-related distress Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment Proficiency with EHR systems and clinical documentation Bilingual (English/Spanish/Hindi or other languages) a plus What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and licensure Supportive, clinician-led practice environment Opportunity to help build and grow an integrated behavioral health program Application Requirements Must hold an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California Must be able to commute to Pleasanton, CA (in-person role) Employment Type: Part Time Salary: $55 - $75 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No One Stop Medical Center
