Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ needs, developing individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused techniques, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to help patients address common mental health challenges and foster a sense of community.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services when needed, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their healing process.

• Document patient progress and interactions meticulously, adhering to all legal, ethical, and organizational guidelines.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient care and ongoing development strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse clientele, including individuals facing various mental health challenges across different age groups and backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or its equivalent in the state of California is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
