Work Environment\n

This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule, accommodating both client needs and your personal commitments. Although day-to-day responsibilities are conducted from a home office, you will be part of a dynamic telehealth team that prioritizes collaboration and innovation in mental health care. Working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, our therapists are equipped with cutting-edge telehealth tools and technologies to ensure seamless client interactions and effective treatment delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, identifying each patient's specific needs and crafting personalized treatment plans to guide their journey toward recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to offer effective interventions to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate virtual psychoeducational and support groups, addressing common mental health issues and fostering a supportive community.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies and offer immediate support to those in distress.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and helpful community resources to empower them in their recovery.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurately document all patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Forth Troon Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary between USD 115,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience and education.
