Position Summary The Project Coordinator serves as a key member of the operations team, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business objectives. This position works closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and internal teams to coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, and support efficient execution throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Coordinate project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and daily activities. Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining project timelines. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain accurate project documentation, operational records, and reporting. Support communication between internal departments, leadership, and project stakeholders. Assist with workflow planning and operational coordination. Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports. Identify scheduling conflicts or operational risks and communicate them proactively. Ensure project documentation complies with company standards. Support process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency. Assist Project Managers with administrative and coordination responsibilities. Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline preferred. Minimum two (2) years of experience in project coordination, business operations, administration, or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Professional, dependable, and solution-oriented mindset.
