Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately understand the mental health needs of clients, crafting personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices for individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services as necessary, offering support and guidance to clients experiencing acute mental distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, working to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma across community and cultural boundaries.

The individual in this role will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related fields.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Commitment to cultural competence and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of diverse clients.

• Effective organizational and time-management abilities to ensure meticulous documentation and follow-up on treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred but not required.

• Experience working with community mental health clients is advantageous, particularly within outpatient settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
