Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State.

• Proven experience addressing mental health needs for individuals with complex, co-occurring medical conditions.
