Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations during initial consultations to accurately identify each client's mental health needs, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions across a spectrum of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive episodes, trauma responses, and stress management.

• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting goals and interventions as progress is made.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients about their conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources that can enhance their mental health outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment strategies, progress notes, and success evaluations, adhering to all legal and ethical standards of practice.
