Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions, capabilities, and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques that focus on pain relief, mobility restoration, and overall physical function improvement.
• Monitor patient progress continually, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to optimize recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients about their conditions and recovery strategies, encouraging active participation in their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Document patient treatments and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulations, maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve outpatient clients ranging from young athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to older adults working to regain mobility after surgery or chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A current and valid Physical Therapist license in New York State.
• A Bachelor's or higher degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, showcasing a strong foundation in clinical practice and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
