Work Environment

Working onsite in our facility, you will become an integral part of a collaborative team that includes fellow physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant. Our spacious clinic is designed with the patient's comfort and recovery in mind, providing an inviting atmosphere where you can effectively engage with clients. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent routine that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their objectives and establish tailored treatment plans that address their needs.
• Manage a manageable caseload, focusing on one patient per hour to ensure quality care and individualized attention.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques to enhance mobility and restore function, while providing cost-effective solutions that reduce reliance on medications.
• Develop and implement detailed care plans incorporating manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and innovative rehabilitation strategies.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring they understand the importance of adherence to the prescribed rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure each patient receives comprehensive care tailored to their unique conditions.
• Regularly evaluate and document treatment outcomes, tracking patient progress to adjust care plans as necessary and maintain open communication with each patient regarding their development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves a diverse clientele with orthopedic issues ranging from post-surgical rehabilitation to sports injuries. Patients often present a variety of conditions requiring specialized care, making it essential for our therapists to stay updated with the latest modalities and treatment innovations. Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Florida state license as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Proven expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy, particularly in manual therapy techniques and exercise prescription.
• Strong familiarity with EMR software, specifically WebPT, for effective patient documentation and care coordination.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in orthopedic settings, preferably in outpatient rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated success in developing individualized rehabilitation programs that incorporate innovative and evidence-based practices.
• Experience in working with a wide range of orthopedic conditions and effectively managing patient care through specialized treatment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
