Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, accurately diagnosing conditions based on clinical guidelines and evidence.

• Create individualized treatment plans that address clients' specific challenges and goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, promoting effective communication and interactive participation among clients to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being while implementing necessary support strategies.

• Maintain up-to-date and precise client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with ethical standards and HIPAA regulations.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, social workers, and community health providers to deliver holistic care tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and relevant community resources, advocating effectively for clients' rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) is required.

• Minimum of two years of related experience working in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
