Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable adults who present low acuity mental health concerns. All clients have undergone pre-screening to ensure a suitable match. This allows you to focus on helping clients with manageable issues rather than severe mental health crises, enabling a more fulfilling and effective therapeutic relationship. Additionally, you will be matched with clients who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, ensuring a compatible therapeutic fit.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted professional license to practice therapy in your state (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C).

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills with the ability to devise effective, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 50,000 to 70,000 annually, depending on your experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, enabling you to maintain your well-being while caring for others.
