Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health statuses, including their psychological and substance abuse issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that respond to the assessment findings while adjusting strategies as necessary.

• Provide therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy, ensuring that approaches are tailored to the specific demographic and therapeutic needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate, timely electronic clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary treatment team, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings to ensure a comprehensive approach to each client’s care.

• Offer crisis intervention services as required, equipped with the skills to manage acute situations effectively and empathetically.

• Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and best practices in mental health treatment to constantly improve service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population that includes individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services, especially in a telehealth or remote setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
