This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to manage a balanced work-life schedule. We operate Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours, allowing our staff to dedicate their evenings and weekends to personal pursuits. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be a pivotal part of our teen and young adult outpatient treatment team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and interactive group sessions, fostering connections among clients as they share personal experiences and support one another's journeys.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Deliver empathetic, one-on-one counseling tailored to each client’s unique experiences, helping them navigate their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and considerate of individual needs and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring treatment evolves along with their needs.

• Collaborating with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with fellow clinicians, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care and consult on complex cases to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on assisting young adults aged 18 to 30, particularly those engaged in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Clients may present a variety of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be integral in helping this demographic manage their unique struggles and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with diverse clients.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience working in mental health settings, particularly with young adults, is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and holistic treatment approaches will be advantageous in enhancing client outcomes.
