Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Arrowhead, you will be responsible for a variety of critical functions, including:

• Conduct patient intakes and perform diagnostic and functional evaluations to assess mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Provide brief, focused interventions to patients in need of immediate mental health services.
\n
• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify patients requiring specific mental health interventions versus those who may benefit from referral to specialty services.

• Initiate follow-up contact with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
\n
• Develop and implement relapse prevention plans for patients to ensure ongoing stability and wellness.
\n
• Assist in identifying “at-risk” patients and create proactive plans to prevent deterioration of their condition.
\n
• Document all aspects of patient care in a secure electronic health record system, keeping all documentation current and compliant with agency and federal guidelines.

• Advise on behavioral health issues, contributing to a holistic approach to patient care alongside the primary care team.

• Educate patients on self-management strategies and encourage their participation in their own recovery process.

• Maintain adherence to the Code of Ethical Conduct for Clinical Professionals while performing additional duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
