Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with probation and detention facility staff to train them in effective counseling skills and intervention strategies for adolescents under their supervision.

• Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless discharge planning and continuity of care for clients transitioning from inpatient or crisis settings.

This role specifically focuses on adolescents struggling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and developmental disabilities.
