Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Utilization Review Department to ensure proper authorization and streamline billing processes for your services.

• Serve as an educational resource by conducting workshops and training for school staff on mental health awareness and intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with licensing regulations and facility policies.

• Provide clinical supervision and support to junior team members and interns in their absence, ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
