Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to the needs of students.

• Collaborate with educational staff, including teachers and school counselors, to create and implement comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring a holistic approach to student welfare.

• Engage in crisis intervention services, providing immediate support and developing follow-up action plans for students facing acute emotional distress.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance in all interactions.

• Participate in regular case conferences, supervisions, and team meetings to sharpen clinical skills, discuss treatment approaches, and ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

This role focuses on serving a diverse student population, addressing their unique mental health needs through effective, culturally sensitive therapeutic approaches. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
