Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Conduct engaging group therapy sessions designed to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences, learn from each other, and develop healthy coping strategies.

• Individual Counseling: Provide individualized therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client, focusing on exploring their thoughts and behaviors and validating their feelings.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish personalized treatment goals and plans that address their specific mental health challenges and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective, goal-oriented outcomes.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordinate closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians to discuss complex cases, ensuring a comprehensive and unified approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support in overcoming mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
