Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' conditions and develop targeted treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Utilize evidence-based physical therapy procedures and modalities to treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities.
• Engage in patient education through consultations and training for both patients and their caregivers.
• Monitor patient progress by maintaining accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, effectively communicating patient needs and progress.
• Supervise and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants, aides, and students to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining safety standards for all physical therapy equipment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of patients, including pediatric populations. Your expertise will enable you to adjust therapeutic modalities to the specific needs of each client, ensuring that treatments are both effective and compassionate. Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of Florida.

• Physical capabilities including lifting, manual dexterity, mobility, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
