Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions and functional capabilities to guide treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Deliver hands-on therapy, utilizing manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients and their family members on effective home exercise programs, strategies for injury prevention, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to support their recovery.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans and approaches based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in alignment with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and confidentiality.
• Stay informed about advancements in physical therapy practices and incorporate new techniques and research findings into your patient treatment paradigms.

Qualifications

• Valid Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to accurately evaluate patient conditions and deliver effective treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary that ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
