Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred to enhance mobility and overall function.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in alignment with physician recommendations, regularly updating these plans based on patient progress.
• Administer interventions employing various therapeutic techniques to address patient needs across diverse areas such as orthopedic and sports medicine.
• Document patient progress meticulously in compliance with hospital standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide exceptional customer service, fostering a supportive connection with every patient to enhance their rehabilitation experience.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to fine-tune therapeutic strategies, ensuring optimal results for our patients.
• Educate and reassure patients and their caregivers regarding treatment goals and progress, enabling them to engage actively in the recovery process.
• Meet predefined utilization targets while contributing to the clinic's overall business objectives and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in varied settings, particularly in orthopedic rehab preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficient in word processing and the use of electronic health records.
• A sincere desire to create positive connections with patients and a drive to excel in clinical care.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Experience with specific populations such as post-operative orthopedic patients or sports-related injuries is advantageous.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic techniques or certifications is a plus.
