Paragon Behavioral Health Center is actively seeking qualified and dedicated mental health therapists to fill full-time positions within our dynamic remote outpatient practice based in Arvada, Colorado. The ideal candidates will be licensed in either Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Professional Counseling (LPC), or Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and will have a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of their clients through high-quality therapeutic support.

Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing mental health professionals to provide exceptional care from anywhere within the state of Colorado. With a work schedule Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, therapists have the flexibility to adjust their hours based on patient needs, ensuring that care remains accessible to those in need. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, addressing common mental health challenges while cultivating a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver holistic care that meets all dimensions of patient health.

• Provide crisis intervention support to clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective responses.

• Educate clients about mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and local community resources available to them.

• Document patient interactions meticulously to comply with legal and ethical standards in mental health treatment, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including case consultations and team meetings, to enhance skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health.

Therapists will engage with clients from various backgrounds, some struggling with chronic mental health issues and others facing situational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Colorado.

• A deep understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based therapies, and effective therapeutic approaches.

• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and translate findings into actionable, effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
