Work Environment\n

This position operates in a remote setting, providing flexibility while ensuring that our clients receive the care they need. Our work environment emphasizes collaboration and support, allowing mental health professionals to connect virtually while providing top-tier services. The role includes structured regular work hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some rotational evening and weekend availability to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, determining their severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate directly with clients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client healing and progress.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, delineating treatment options and self-care strategies to enhance understanding and support.
\n
• Monitor client progress throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on individual responses and feedback.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure an integrated approach to mental health care, optimizing patient outcomes.

• Stay informed on the latest advancements in mood disorder treatments, incorporating new research findings into practice to enhance therapeutic efficacy.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in alignment with legal and ethical responsibilities.

• Engage in case consultations and professional development opportunities to refine clinical skills and uphold best practices in mental health care.

• Actively advocate for clients, working towards reducing the stigma surrounding mental health issues and promoting awareness around mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse population facing various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety-related disorders, and more. Our clients come from various backgrounds, requiring a culturally competent approach to therapy. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their challenges and build resilience in the face of mental health struggles.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Oregon.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities specific to mood disorders.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly focusing on mood disorder treatment, would be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses. Additionally, we provide a generous sign-on bonus to support your transition into our team.
