Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring clinical interventions based on client-specific needs.

• Managing assessment care by collaborating with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members, ensuring effective treatment plans are created and executed.

• Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress, ensuring compliance and facilitating communication during team meetings and patient rounds.

• Providing case management services, which involve coordinating care with hospital and community professionals to ensure a continuum of care for each assigned client.

• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to guide clients toward the effective realization of their treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
