Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions with adult clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment methodologies tailored to each individual’s needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers to create comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring coordinated care that addresses all facets of a client’s mental and emotional health.

• Utilize automatically administered self-assessment tools to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies effectively.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation through our user-friendly therapist portal, streamlining the administrative aspects of your role.

• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development activities, receiving support and guidance from the Therapy Leadership Team as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily focus on adult clients experiencing a variety of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. We serve a diverse population, and your ability to deliver culturally responsive care will be vital in fostering trust and facilitating effective therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited institution (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PSYD).

• An active independent license in the state of Oregon (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).

• A genuine commitment to providing quality care to a diverse array of populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adults.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
