This position is entirely remote, enabling you to create a flexible work setting that accommodates your personal life while still prioritizing client care. Given the nature of our detox center, your contributions will be vital to clients in recovery as they navigate their treatment journey. Expect to engage in some evening and weekend hours to provide optimal support and flexibility to meet clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments and independently formulate diagnoses for clients facing various mental health challenges.

• Craft individualized, patient-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring their unique needs and goals are prioritized.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy, and motivational interviewing.

• Engage in regular collaboration with additional healthcare professionals, including psychologists and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.

• Monitor client progress meticulously, documenting treatment responses and adaptation strategies to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Assist with psychotropic medication management by working closely with medical providers, focusing on adherence, side effects, and overall effectiveness of treatment.

Qualifications\n
