This position is a remote role, allowing clinicians to provide services from their home environment while ensuring flexibility and work-life balance. Though primarily remote, our outpatient model encourages collaboration through video consultations and regular team meetings, ensuring that all therapists stay connected and supported. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to establish a thorough understanding of client needs, employing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to the client's situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, upholding compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards to protect patient privacy.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to ensure cohesive and effective care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment effectiveness and share insights with colleagues.

• Educate and support clients and their families by providing information about mental health conditions, treatment options, and accessible community resources.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the mental health field, integrating new knowledge into practice to improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that may include individuals battling anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and other mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their unique paths toward recovery, with a focus on creating safe, trusting therapeutic relationships that promote healing.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and the ability to customize your approach based on each client's needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits\n
