Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Leading therapeutic sessions using multiple modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotion-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address the unique needs of each client.

• Assessing clients' mental health needs through detailed intake interviews and standardized assessments to create personalized treatment plans that guide the therapeutic process.

• Providing expert guidance and interventions for couples and families navigating conflicts, communication barriers, and transitions.

• Documenting client progress accurately and in a timely manner through our electronic health record system, ensuring that treatment plans are updated according to clinical guidelines.

• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers and psychiatrists, to facilitate comprehensive care for our clients, addressing co-occurring issues and needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
