Work Environment

As an onsite Physical Therapist, you will perform home visits, allowing you to engage with patients in their natural habitats. Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' conditions and developing comprehensive treatment plans based on physician referrals.
• Implementing specialized treatment techniques that include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training tailored to each patient.
• Providing skilled therapy that leads to measurable improvements in patients' physical functions and overall health.
• Delivering high-quality customer service, demonstrating compassion, and ensuring patient satisfaction in every interaction.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and continuous education.
• Consulting with and educating patients and their caregivers about their conditions, treatment methods, and recovery strategies.
• Meeting and tracking performance goals related to service outcomes and organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of patients, including those with orthopedic injuries, neurological disorders, pediatric needs, and sports-related conditions. By providing individualized care, you can help each patient redefine their journey through recovery, ensuring they regain their quality of life and operational independence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy to practice in Florida.
• A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and team members.
• Proficiency in word processing and computer systems for administrative tasks.
• A genuine passion for connecting with patients and helping them achieve their functional goals.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, previous experience in home health care or similar settings will be an advantage. A strong background in orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, or sports medicine will empower you to better serve our patient population.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
