Key Responsibilities

You will play a pivotal role in the patient recovery process, which includes but is not limited to:

• Evaluating patients' physical capabilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing various therapeutic techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training to optimize patient outcomes.
• Tracking and documenting patient progress meticulously, utilizing electronic health record systems for accurate reporting and evaluation.
• Reassessing therapy goals at regular intervals and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on patient feedback and clinical judgment.
• Providing education to patients and their caregivers about therapy exercises, assistive devices, and self-management strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

The following qualifications are required for the role:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy.
