Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to formulate personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and the use of specialized equipment, to alleviate pain and promote functional mobility.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient progress and treatment outcomes to ensure the highest quality of care.
• Regularly reassess therapeutic goals and modify treatment plans as necessary to reflect the evolving needs of each patient.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on rehabilitation protocols and the use of assistive devices, empowering them in their recovery journey.
• Stay up to date with advancements in physical therapy practices by attending workshops, browsing professional literature, and being involved in relevant professional societies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse clientele ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, each with unique challenges and rehabilitation needs. You will serve individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological disorders, sports injuries, and acute/chronic pain scenarios. Our goal is to assist patients in achieving their maximal functional potential and improving their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current State License in Physical Therapy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in documentation software and electronic health records.
• Ability to work independently while cultivating collaborative relationships within a team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and experience conducting physical assessments and implementing evidence-based interventions.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits
