Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with medical providers to coordinate patient care, ensuring alignment between mental health treatment and medical care for optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, offering immediate support and strategies to manage mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients about the connections between mental health and physical health, empowering them to take control of their care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems to ensure efficient care management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Richetec, you will work primarily with individuals facing complex mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain. Your expertise will be critical in providing tailored interventions that promote recovery and enhance the quality of life for these patients. You will also support a diverse clientele, contributing to the community’s overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and colleagues.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical guidelines while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n
